We loved the hotel's location near stylish shops and great restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was sparkling clean, had great facilities, and provided easy access to public transportation. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the helpful staff.

Like one reviewer experienced, the hotel should attend to the needs of its customers. It is disappointing when facilities such as the bar or restaurant are closed at certain times, and guests are left with no other alternative but to just stay inside the room.

No spa, very bad isolation between room and elevator

We had a superb view from our upper floor room at The Landis. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel's location in central Taichung made it convenient to find shops and restaurants nearby.

Although there were some minor inconveniences, such as navigating the surrounding roads and alleys, overall I would still recommend The Landis Taichung for its great views, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Great hospitality and location! We received a call before arriving warning us about the weather and even received hand warmers as a gift. the hotel was conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. the breakfast area was spacious and comfortable.

The sleep quality was poor due to the hard mattress and flat pillows. the parking area was inconvenient, and the signage was not clear.

The shower was not as comfortable as expected, there was too much water all around the bathroom after each shower. The gym could have been bigger, but it had amazing views.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and amazing service. the room is beautifully designed with exclusive additions, including a private hot tub and a coffee machine. the location is great, as it is walking distance from the main shopping street, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of delicious dishes, and the hotel restaurant offers exquisite food. Cons: Although the room was great, the sound-proofing could have been better, as we could hear some noise from the elevator.
